In addition to their role at Andover Orthopaedics, the doctors served as the orthopaedic consultants for the New Jersey Cardinals professional baseball team from 1995-2005. They are also the attending physicians for football games at High Point Regional HS (Sussex, NJ) and Delaware Valley HS (Westfall, PA).

James L Scales, MS, MD

General Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine
Dr. Scales is an honors graduate of Harvard University. He is a general orthopedist with over 25 years of experience treating athletes, children, and seniors for their orthopedic conditions and injuries. He received extensive training at the NJ State Trauma Center. His sports medicine experience ranges from treating spectators and athletes at the Meadowlands Sports Complex, NJ, to serving as a consultant for the NJ Cardinals. He also served as a volunteer physician for Winter Olympic athletes at the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center. His accomplishments have led him to be recognized in Marquis Who's Who in the World as well as in Who's Who in Medicine & Healthcare.
Dr. Scales believes in treating others as he would his family. His interests include exercise, music, interviewing for the Harvard Club of NJ, and his family.

Stephen D Koss, MD

Dr. Koss is a general orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in sports medicine. He specializes in the treatment of diseases of the shoulder and knee including arthroscopic surgery, joint and ligament reconstructive surgery, arthritis, and joint replacement surgery. In addition he performs minimally invasive hip replacement surgery. He was certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons in 1998 and 2007.
A graduate of Pomona College (1983) and the University of Virginia Medical School (1989), Dr. Koss completed a sports medicine fellowship at New England Medical Center, Tufts University in 1996.
In his spare time, Dr. Koss enjoys coaching youth soccer.

Glen E Bradish, MD

Dr. Bradish is Fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine from the Miami Sports-Medicine program. He has served as the Miami Heat team physician of the NBA and has also worked with the Baltimore Ravens during his training.
In addition to his sports-medicine background, Dr. Bradish performs surgical procedures including, but not limited to knee, shoulder, ankle, and elbow arthroscopy; also adult reconstructive procedures such as hip, knee, and shoulder replacements.
Dr. Bradish also specializes in fracture care. Having trained at the world famous Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, he performs most forms of fracture repair using the most modern and advanced techniques.
